Channels
dCommerce channels - admin console, storefronts, mobile app, synchronisation, bulk ingest, and ERP integration.
Channels are the order-entry and administration surfaces you enable as part of a dCommerce deployment - where people work, and how orders and master data move.
For what the platform can do across those surfaces, see Functionality. For business vocabulary, see Concepts. Packaging by deployment tier is summarised on Platform and Pricing.
Channel map
| Channel | Summary |
|---|---|
| System User Admin Console | Central administration for catalogue, customers, pricing, orders, and users |
| Customer Portal | Authenticated buyer portal for catalogue, ordering, and account activity |
| Customer Mobile App | On-the-go ordering and status for customers |
| Guest Storefront | Public-facing catalogue experience on a custom domain |
| 3rd Party Systems Synchronisation | Bring orders in from existing storefronts and systems |
| Bulk Order Ingest | Structured file-based order intake at volume |
| ERP Integration | Keep the ERP as system of record while dCommerce owns ordering |
Upstream channels (storefronts, mobile, third-party sync, bulk ingest) feed a single administrative view. ERP Integration connects that layer to the back office when you are ready.
